01Objective
DCCI had an India team and no content operation. Everything that makes a national side legible to fans and sponsors — the player stories, the match-day content, the camp footage, the reporting — did not exist yet. It had to be built from zero.
02How we solved it
We built the content engine rather than filling a feed. Camps and practice matches documented, team syncs captured, data collected on the ground so the content had something to say. Several streams instead of one: player stories, match-day builds, live playing eleven graphics, recurring match themes and key-moment cutdowns, with match-day content boosted while matches were still live. Sponsors brought on board with decks to pitch them and reports to keep them, and a delivery report back to DCCI after every stretch. All of it run by a team of two.
