Behind the scenes

Four days, 56 players, on the ground at Jaipuria Cricket Academy

01

Objective

The RDCA Challengers Trophy, a national-level tournament for physically challenged players, was days away with almost no digital footprint. No website, no Google presence, no way for anyone outside the ground to find it or follow it. The brief landed two days out.

02

How we solved it

We built the base before the camera came out: a website and a Google Business presence, so the tournament existed online before it existed on film. Then we mapped the moments worth owning — the opening ceremony, the curtain raiser for the kids, and the Challengers Trophy itself photographed on the steps of Patrika Gate. Four days on the ground at Jaipuria Cricket Academy: 56 players, four teams, two matches a day, shot like a season decider and posted while the tournament was still running. Brand collaboration reels and sponsor decks were built alongside, so the commercial side had something to sell with before the event ended.

Results

What it added up to.

A tournament that started with no digital presence ran like a broadcast property: daily match content, player moments, sponsor assets and reach that carried well past the boundary. Four days, 56 players, four teams, covered end to end by a small crew.
